Transition coaches provide direct care and therapeutic support to adolescents in a residential setting to help them build emotional regulation and independence. They are responsible for implementing treatment plans, maintaining a safe environment, and supervising daily activities.

Candidates should have experience working with youth and the ability to handle high-Stress situations while maintaining professional boundaries. Applicants must be at least 20 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
