Internal Medicine Resident- PGY1

The medical resident provides direct medical care to patients under the supervision of an attending physician while adhering to hospital policies. Additionally, the role involves teaching students and other residents and contributing to organizational performance improvement initiatives.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited medical school and eligible for new jersey licensure upon completion of the program. Proficiency in clinical applications is preferred, and the role requires blshcp certification within two weeks of hire.
