Youth Care Worker -NIGHTS

The youth care worker provides 24-Hour security and supervision to ensure the safety of youth at the facility. They are also responsible for monitoring behaviors, mentoring youth, and facilitating sports and recreational activities.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and have at least one year of experience working with at-Risk youth in a direct care position. Alternatively, 60 hours of college education and a valid driver's license are required.
