Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will implement individual education plans and positive behavior support plans to help students achieve academic and behavioral goals. They are responsible for collecting data, providing behavioral interventions, and collaborating with families and staff to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma or ged and be available to work monday through friday during school hours. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred but not required as paid training is provided.
