Behavior Technician

The behavior technician provides direct 1

1 and small group support to students by implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies. They are responsible for collecting precise behavioral data, managing classroom transitions, and assisting in crisis situations.

Candidates must hold at least a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree preferred. A valid rbt certification or eligibility to obtain one within 30 days is required.
