Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for developing and implementing age-Appropriate curriculum while ensuring the safety and well-Being of all students. They will also monitor and document student progress and foster a positive, harmonious learning environment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and an nc early childhood credential or equivalent college credits. While 2+ years of experience is preferred, the role emphasizes a nurturing attitude and a sincere interest in child development.
