Floating Lead Primary Teacher - Montessori

The lead primary teacher will develop and implement age-Appropriate curriculum based on montessori pedagogy while monitoring student progress. They are also responsible for ensuring the safety and well-Being of children and maintaining a harmonious learning environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, with an associate degree in early childhood development or cda certification preferred. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a certified child development center is required, along with a strong willingness to follow the montessori philosophy.
