The faculty member will develop and teach EMS curriculum using traditional and alternative delivery methods both on campus and at clinical sites. Additionally, they will assist in student advisement and serve on various college committees.
Candidates must hold an associate degree in Emergency Medical Services or a related field and possess DSHS Texas EMS certification as a Paramedic or Licensed Paramedic. An EMS Instructor/coordinator certification is also required, along with the ability to work with diverse populations.
