Core responsibilities
The behavior analyst will lead and support behavior technicians to ensure high-Fidelity implementation of treatment plans. They will also conduct functional behavior assessments (Fbas) and develop innovative aba programs to address client needs and provide parent education.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification from the bacb. Additionally, an active lba certification in the state of massachusetts is required.
