Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

You will work one-On-One with children using play-Based aba therapy to build communication, social, and independent skills. Responsibilities include following personalized treatment plans, collecting session data, and maintaining a safe, organized therapy environment.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and be at least 18 years old. The role requires the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and the willingness to complete paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire.
