Trainer I

The trainer is responsible for developing and conducting training programs and auditing tools for pharmacy services staff. They will also conduct training needs analyses and assist with the revision of policies and procedures.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least two years of training experience in a healthcare or managed care environment. Strong facilitation skills and proficiency in microsoft office are highly preferred.
