Youth Sports Referee

The referee is responsible for officiating youth and teen sports games in accordance with ymca rules and guidelines. They must also ensure a safe, inclusive environment while managing equipment setup and reporting needs.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess knowledge of the sport. While not required at hire, obtaining state-Approved first aid and cpr certifications is expected within 90 days of employment.
