Early Childhood Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher supports the lead teacher in delivering the waldorf curriculum and maintaining a secure, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Responsibilities include supervising children, preparing snacks, and participating in faculty meetings and professional development.

Candidates must have experience working with children aged 2.5 to 6 and a genuine love for early childhood education. The role requires the physical ability to lift 40 lbs and engage in floor-Level play, as well as a commitment to waldorf pedagogy.
