Swim Team Coach - Chickahominy YMCA

The swim coach is responsible for providing workouts, instructions, and motivation to the swim team during practices. They must ensure a safe and fun environment while serving as the primary coach on deck.

Candidates must hold current cpr, aed, first aid, and lifeguard certifications and demonstrate proficiency in all four swimming strokes. Competitive swimming and coaching experience are highly desired.
