Student Support Aide (Special Education Paraprofessional)

Support the academic, cultural, and socio-Emotional development of at-Risk students through the implementation of student-Centered curricula and restorative practices. Assist teachers with classroom organization, student supervision, and administrative tasks to ensure a positive learning environment.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree and gace paraprofessional certification preferred. Candidates should have experience working with elementary or middle school students and a background in restorative justice or racial identity-Based professional development.
