Center-Based Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a bcba to teach communication and social skills. They will work one-On-One with children with autism to reduce interfering behaviors while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and the ability to pass a background check. Applicants should be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing various movements like bending, kneeling, and squatting.
