Preschool Services Coordinator (Case Management) for Riverside Preschool Age North

Coordinate services and support for consumers as outlined in the lanterman developmental disabilities services act. Evaluate consumer progress, maintain case documentation, and act as a liaison between the regional center and community agencies.

Requires a master's degree in a related field or a bachelor's degree with one year of relevant case management experience. Must possess a valid california driver's license, insurance, and a safe driving record.
