Position Overview

We are currently seeking compassionate, motivated, and reliable ABA Paraprofessionals (RBTs/Behavior Technicians) to provide 1:1 support to children in school, home, and community settings. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with children and making a meaningful impact in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children based on individualized treatment plans
  • Support skill development in communication, socialization, behavior regulation, and daily living skills
  • Implement behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Assist with classroom routines or home-based programming, depending on placement
  • Collect and record accurate data on client progress using RethinkBH
  • Maintain professionalism when communicating with families, supervisors, and team members

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Spanish Speaking is a plus, required for certain cases
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • RBT certification (preferred, but not required—training may be provided)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, patient, and able to follow structured plans
  • Ability to work independently while receiving supervision
