Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician provides direct 1

1 and group client care by implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior reduction protocols. They are also responsible for collecting and recording behavioral data while assisting with parent training and maintaining a safe therapy environment.

Candidates must hold a current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and possess at least a high school diploma or ged. The role requires physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs and the willingness to obtain cpr, first aid, and tb test certifications.
