Core responsibilities
The behavioral technician will provide one-On-One treatment in a home-Based setting by implementing behavioral plans designed by a bcba. They are also responsible for collecting data to monitor client progress and supporting families with treatment plan implementation.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and reliable personal transportation. Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental delays is preferred but not required as training is provided.
