Core responsibilities
The technician will implement specially designed instruction and positive behavior supports to improve outcomes for students with challenging behaviors. They will also coach paraprofessional staff and consult with school teams to ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention plans.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, or a related field, or 1-3 years of relevant experience. A valid colorado driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required for travel between school sites.
