The instructor will provide hands-on medical assistant training, design lesson plans, and deliver instruction that meets learning outcomes. They are also responsible for academic advising, student retention activities, and supporting institutional initiatives.
Candidates must have at least three years of hands-on clinical experience in a medical assistant role and a high school diploma. A professional certification such as RMA, CMA, or NRCMA is preferred, along with experience in educational settings.
