What You'll Do You'll be a key player on our Compliance team, using your sharp eye for detail to ensure we're adhering to all state, federal, and internal standards.
- This means you'll be: Reviewing and approving educator profiles to confirm all documentation is accurate, from background checks and references to immunizations and training certifications. Assisting with background checks and regular compliance audits to maintain our high standards of safety. Collaborating with a passionate team to develop and implement policies that protect students and schools. Helping to build a culture of compliance across the entire organization, ensuring everyone understands the importance of our mission. Who We're Looking For This role is perfect for a self-motivated and highly organized individual who is passionate about making a difference.
- You should be: A meticulous and detail-oriented individual with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Comfortable with technology and proficient in tools like the Google Suite. An excellent communicator, both in writing and in conversation. Confident in handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. Driven by a passion for child safety in education, understanding that your work directly contributes to a secure and supportive learning environment. Prior experience in a compliance or administrative role is an asset but not a requirement!
