FT Community Inclusion Specialist/ Job Coach

The community inclusion specialist provides direct support to individuals with disabilities to help them achieve vocational and life skills goals. They implement treatment plans, assist with community activities, and maintain required documentation while ensuring safety and personal care.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree strongly preferred. One year of relevant experience is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain required certifications.
