The adjunct instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and developing course materials for assigned classes. They must also assess student performance, maintain accurate records, and hold regular office hours to support student success.
Candidates must hold a master's degree or higher in a relevant field with at least 18 graduate credit hours in the specific subject area. Strong communication skills and a commitment to teaching are required, while previous college-level teaching experience is preferred.
Previous teaching experience at the college or university level. Experience with online, hybrid, or remote instruction. Experience working with a diverse student population.
