Residential Life Resident Assistant

The residential assistant manages the daily lives of students in the boarding program by providing structure, guidance, and supervision of routines. They are responsible for ensuring student safety, maintaining accountability, and supporting academic and social development within the residence halls.

Candidates should have experience working with youth groups, teaching, or in residential settings. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and the role requires a willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends, and accompany students on trips.
