The residential life parent is responsible for supervising boarding students, ensuring they follow daily routines, and maintaining a safe and structured residential environment. They also manage student behavior, monitor campus movement, and provide support for student wellbeing and academic success.

Candidates should have experience working with youth in structured settings such as schools or camps and possess strong organizational and communication skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and the ability to manage groups and enforce expectations consistently is required.
