Core responsibilities
Provide one-On-One behavior therapy to clients in centers, homes, and schools while implementing behavior intervention plans. Accurately collect data, monitor client progress, and collaborate with bcbas and caregivers to support skill acquisition.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and the ability to obtain rbt certification. Strong communication skills and the physical capacity to perform tasks like lifting and de-Escalating aggressive behavior are required.
