Lead Preschool Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans while maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment. They must also manage child assessments, maintain portfolios, and foster professional rapport with families through regular communication.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and the ability to pass all background checks. Preference is given to those with an associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education and previous childcare experience.
