Job Summary MECA is seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to join our Early Intervention team supporting children from birth to age 3 with diagnosed developmental conditions. This role provides meaningful, relationship-based services delivered directly in home and community settings, helping families build skills, access resources, and support healthy child development during critical early years. Provide social-emotional developmental evaluations for infants and toddlers within the family context Deliver individualized counseling and family support services in home and community settings Conduct home visits to assess parent-child interaction and environmental needs Develop evidence-based recommendations and intervention strategies Coordinate community, medical, and supportive resources for families Participate in IFSP meetings, transition planning, and interdisciplinary team collaboration Complete timely, accurate evaluation reports and daily documentation Support families in achieving developmental and functional goals Collaborate with therapists and early intervention professionals across disciplines

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Social Work (Required) Active New Mexico Social Work Licensure (Required) Experience in social work, family services, or pediatric/early childhood settings preferred
