The school speech-Language pathologist assesses, diagnoses, and treats students with speech, language, and communication disorders. They develop and implement individualized education programs (Ieps) and collaborate with educators and families.

Candidates must have a master’s degree in speech-Language pathology, asha certificate of clinical competence, and a south carolina slp license. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also required.
