• Background: a Bachelor’s degree or working towards a degree is preferred

• Specifications: Direct classroom work with students in classrooms Implement lesson plans left by lead classroom teacher (grades 5-12) or support the classroom teacher as an assistant (grades PK-4) Support and model positive discipline

Requirements

Physical strength to independently lift 10-15 lbs Fluency in written and oral English language. Ability to oversee and ensure the safety of children in and out of the classroom Apply appropriate instructional methods for meeting lesson objectives
