Behavior Technician

The behavior technician delivers one-On-One in-Home or community-Based aba therapy to children with autism while implementing behavior plans developed by a bcba. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate records of client progress and collaborating with the therapy team and families.

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma and a minimum of one year of experience working with children or in a related field. Strong communication skills and the ability to adhere to hipaa regulations are essential for this role.
