Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician provides behavioral interventions based on the science of behavior analysis to support skill development and reduce problematic behaviors. They are also responsible for establishing therapeutic relationships with clients and families while maintaining accurate data and administrative records.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. The role requires valid cpr and first aid certification, the ability to pass background checks, and the physical capability to perform tasks like lifting and bending.
