We are seeking a reliable Substitute Teacher to help us fill gaps in our schedule.
Occasionally, we will require long-term subs for extended teacher absences.
Candidates are required to have a four-year degree.
If the degree is not in teaching, you will need to acquire a Kane County Sub certificate.
If the degree is in teaching, a copy of your teaching certificate is required.

A Bachelor’s degree is required. A Valid teaching credential or substitute permit is preferred. Prior teaching or classroom experience preferred. Practicing Catholic or committed to supporting the mission of Catholic education. Ability to follow lesson plans, manage a classroom, and adapt to a range of grade levels (PreK–8). Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Qualities: Understanding of and commitment to the teachings of the Catholic Church. Experience working in faith-based or private school environments. Flexibility, reliability, and a collaborative spirit. Working Conditions: School hours are typically from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm; however, they may vary. Must be able to supervise and interact with young children for extended periods. May be called on short notice depending on staffing needs.
