About the role

The teacher will instruct a class of 20-22 boys in core secular subjects within a dual language environment. Responsibilities include fostering a positive classroom atmosphere, implementing the school curriculum, and maintaining regular communication with parents.

Yeshiva Elementary School is seeking a 4th grade secular studies teacher to for a part time position in the boy division, beginning August 2026. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in elementary education, with proven success in delivering engaging and effective instruction across core subject areas.

Responsibilities

  • As a 4th grade secular studies teacher you will teach a class of about 20-22 boys in a dual language environment. In addition to teaching all core secular subjects, your responsibilities will include:
  • Fostering a positive and structured classroom environment
  • Utilizing strong classroom management skills to support student growth
  • Implementing school-provided curriculum
  • Maintaining high academic expectations
  • Responding thoughtfully to guidance and direction from administrative leadership
  • Communicating regularly with parents regarding student’s successes and challenges

Details Location: North Miami Beach, Florida

Salary: Commensurate with experience
