Candidates must hold a Master of Library Science (MLS) degree from an ALA-accredited school. At least one year of professional experience in academic librarianship is required.
Felician University is presently seeking a detail oriented, highly organized and personable specialist to serve as a Student Success Librarian.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Library Services, the Student Success Librarian supports the library’s efforts to promote academic success and retention. This position will help students succeed by enhancing and promoting library services, resources, and spaces. S/he will work with other librarians to develop teaching materials and outreach strategies to engage and support first-generation, first year, transfer, non-traditional, and international students.
