School Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The bcba will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and provide direct behavioral services to students in school settings. They will also train and coach school staff, monitor student progress through data analysis, and collaborate with educational teams to support student success.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in aba or a related field and possess a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) or lba certification. A minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in a school setting is required.
