Children's Direct Care Professional

The direct care professional is responsible for supervising and ensuring the safety of adolescents with idd and behavioral health diagnoses. They will implement individualized treatment plans, facilitate daily activities, and provide supportive redirection to encourage independence and positive behavior.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, or education and be at least 21 years of age. Prior experience working with children in behavioral health settings is preferred.
