Children's Direct Care Professional

The direct care professional ensures the safety and well-Being of adolescents with idd and behavioral health diagnoses while facilitating daily activities. They also implement individualized treatment plans and provide supportive redirection to encourage positive behavioral growth.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, or education and be at least 21 years of age. Prior experience working with children in behavioral health settings is preferred.
