Job description

  • Registered Behavior Technician/ RBT Propel Autism is looking for fun, engaging RBT’s who are excited about making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
  • If you are a Registered Behavior Technician looking for a company committed to providing you with supportive, in person supervision from BCBA’s who are invested in your growth and development, we’d love to hear from you!
  • As a Center-based RBT you will: Provide one on one therapy focused on skill acquisition to a child in the Propel clinic Accompany your client throughout their day, capturing and contriving learning opportunities in the natural environment.
  • Collaboratively scaffold your client’s social interactions with their peers and their participation in group activities in the clinic.
  • Prioritize pairing daily, using play and engagement to build a strong relationship with your client Keep your client’s dignity and assent at the forefront of all interactions Take accurate data and write detailed session notes that are submitted same day as services being delivered.
