- Job Highlights: Base salary range starting at $80,000+ Target earnings $90,000-$131,000 annually. Small caseloads of 6-8 clients. Low billable requirement- 27.5hrs weekly. 24 potential work from home days. Emphasis on professional development: $500 annual CEU budget, monthly in-house CEUs, access to unlimited Central Reach Institute CEUs, and 1 dedicated paid professional development day. As a Center-based Clinical Supervisor you will: Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions Manage a caseload of no more than 6-8 clients Supervise, support and nurture RBT’s and BCBA fieldwork candidates to deliver the highest standards of care Review session notes and data taken by the client's team in order to monitor progress and ensure fidelity of treatment implementation. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
