BCBA

The bcba is responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing customized treatment plans, and analyzing data to track progress. They also provide parent coaching and ongoing professional development for registered behavior technicians.

Candidates must hold a bcba certification and have experience working with children with autism or developmental delays using aba. The ability to pass a background check is required, and prior payor credentialing is preferred.
