Registered Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will provide 1

1 therapy to children with autism, implementing treatment plans developed by bcbas to improve social, communication, and daily living skills. They are also responsible for accurately recording progress data and maintaining a safe, organized environment at the learning center.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and the ability to pass a background check. While an rbt certification is preferred, the company provides paid training to obtain it within 45 days of employment.
