Associate Clinical Professional Development Educator

The educator develops and implements orientation programs, staff development initiatives, and continuing education for nursing staff. They also collaborate with leadership to assess learning needs, provide clinical guidance, and ensure staff competency through regular rounds and evaluations.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in nursing (Bsn) and a current registered professional nurse license in new york state. Additionally, basic cardiac life support (Bcls) certification and relevant specialized certifications are required.
