• Category: Kids Club Before/After-School Programs Make a Difference (and Actually Have Fun Doing It) YSS is looking for Preschool Program Assistant to join our Kids Club team—aka the people who turn everyday afternoons into games, laughter, and “wait, that was actually fun?” moments. We're looking for someone who is energetic, fun, and able to naturally connect with kids, while staying reliable, patient, and attentive. You’re not just filling time—you’re making a real impact. You’ll help kids feel safe, build confidence, and have fun… while picking up skills that actually matter in the real world. • No two days are the same, but here’s the vibe: Hang out with kids before/after school and during breaks—keeping things fun, active, and safe Lead games, crafts, and activities (get ready to be asked to play tag… a lot) Help plan cool stuff for kids to do—not just keep them busy Serve snacks and meals (snack hero status = unlocked) Keep things clean and organized (because glitter gets everywhere) Build solid connections with kids, teammates, and families Track attendance and basic info—nothing wild, just staying on top of things
