Youth Support Associate

The youth support associate serves as the primary program lead for youth empowerment initiatives, facilitating weekly sessions and providing hands-On mentoring. They are also responsible for managing daily program logistics, maintaining participant records, and ensuring a safe, culturally grounded environment.

Candidates should have experience working with youth in community or social service settings and possess strong organizational and communication skills. A valid california driver’s license is required, and an associate degree or three years of relevant experience is desired.
