Day Services Program / Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The direct support professional will coach and mentor individuals with developmental disabilities through life enrichment workshops and daily living activities. They are also responsible for providing personal care, behavioral interventions, and maintaining accurate daily progress documentation.

Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and possess a high school diploma or ged. A valid driver's license and the physical ability to lift and transfer 50 lbs are also required.
