Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher will support a mixed-Age montessori classroom by observing children's needs and maintaining an orderly, engaging environment. They will collaborate with lead teachers to facilitate learning activities and build respectful relationships with families.

Candidates must have experience working with children under 6 years old and a positive, collaborative mindset. An interest in the montessori approach is required, though prior specific montessori experience is not mandatory.
