Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) West Hills

The behavior technician will assist classroom teachers in implementing individualized education and behavior intervention plans for students with autism. They are responsible for providing one-On-One support, collecting performance data, and maintaining a structured, safe learning environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree or higher preferred. Applicants should possess a passion for supporting students with special needs and a willingness to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification.
